Support Group Rules
1. Speak from your own experience.
2. What is said in the group remains in the group and is not repeated elsewhere. (see exceptions below)
3. Respect others – do not interrupt, insult or belittle them and don’t touch others without asking their permission.
4. Do not come to the group under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. While the group supports you, it cannot change your ex, and you must take responsibility for your life and you must be in charge of your own situation.
Exceptions: If you express an intent to hurt yourself or another person, we will try to disuade you, but that failing, we may have to inform authorities.
