Remembrance Day wreath laying 2006Each year in Ottawa, some parents lay a wreathe to honour parents of soldiers in Canada’s military in various wars and missions. We have been doing this for 12 years. The government recognizes only mothers on this occasion, and we think that this politicizes this day.
